Submitting an appointment request does not confirm a booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when our care team contacts you with a date and time and you accept it.

• Please arrive on time; late arrival may shorten your consultation out of fairness to other patients
• Let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel
• Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect future booking priority
• Any cancellation or no-show fees applicable to a service will be explained before your visit

Fees, Insurance and Payment

Fees for services are available on request and are explained before treatment wherever possible. Where your care is covered by insurance, you remain responsible for any co-payments, deductibles or items your plan does not cover.

Our insurance support team can help you check coverage and prepare claims, but the final decision on any claim rests with your insurer and not with us.
